Owing to the dynamism of the market today, research & innovation has been the main pillar of success.Companies are now concentrating more on market creation rather than market sharing.By manufacturing cheap phones its no doubt that Nokia has created its own market & the benefits are evident. This is a 'survival for the fastest' era & those firms which are still rigid & slow to adopt to change are headed for extinction.
