Georgia vs. France - hitting where it hurts

Georgia_vs_france_2 In an ad in the latest issue of The Economist, Georgia, last year's best reformer, challenges France on the complexity of its regulations, but also the quality of its wine.

Is Georgia right? With regard to spirits de gustibus non est disputandum. But the verdict on the business environment will be out exactly one week from now when the Doing Business 2008 report is launched.
