It seems sort of a waste to do a study and a regression just to try to find out the prices of the Kalashnikovs when what really need to be assessed are their costs. In Venezuela a country of 26 million the lieutenant who likes to be called commander and dresses in uniform but assure us he is a democrat bought and distributed not long ago 100.000 Kalashnikovs; and he has recently announced that he was going to buy more since these were not enough. Does anyone believe we Venezuelans are concerned with the price of the Kalashnikovs? We are worrying sick about their costs to our country.
