New blogger: Andrea Dall'Olio

We've gotten such great feedback on our bloggers in the field - Alex in Chad and David in Aceh - that PSD Blog is adding another set of tales from the trenches. Please join me in welcoming Andrea Dall'Olio, an Italian who's recently moved to Tajikistan.

Andrea manages a project to reduce administrative barriers for small and medium enterprises in Tajikistan, although he's better known around town for his friendly puppy Dodo. It's hard for Italians to tell stories without moving their hands, so you'll forgive Andrea for using lots of exclamation points.
