The new public finance

The New Public Finance: Responding to Global Challenges was recently launched at Davos and touts an impressive list of contributors. I have not read it yet, but I like the emphasis on the potential of incentive based tools and public-private partnerships. The very effective companion site has the book overview, briefing notes and an impressive global public-private partnerships database. They also promise free chapters soon. Anyone read it?
